When I got sick, my brain followed. I wanted to stop trying because in my brain I thought if I got this sick it was for a reason. Maybe it was karma, for all the bad things I’ve done in my life. So why fight against the universe. I was done…

but with love and help I received from my sister and mom, it was harder to give up. So I didn’t.

This shoot was inspired by mental illness. I wanted to express myself with my photography so I asked a very dear friend of mine to help me out. She did a fantastic job reenacting my vulnerable moments. Thank you again Jessica. <3
